From Sketch to Motion

This project marks my first exploration of Adobe After Effects, bringing together illustration, graphic design, and motion design into a single creative workflow. The process began with a hand-drawn illustration, which was then digitized and refined using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. After developing the final composition, I animated the artwork in After Effects, transforming a static poster into a dynamic motion piece. This project showcases every stage of the creative process—from the initial sketch and digital composition to the final animated render—highlighting how traditional illustration and digital design can work together to create engaging visual storytelling. As my first After Effects project, it represents both a learning experience and an opportunity to experiment with motion as an extension of graphic design and illustration.
